Back to Church Ministries Page We believe that all members benefit from regular and challenging educational experiences. We strive to deepen our faith and strengthen our understanding of what it means to be a committed Christian in today’s world. Learning Hour is each Sunday morning at 9:15a.m. (between our two Sunday worship times) and meets in the Fellowship Hall. The topics covered are a broad range of issues that deal with our faith and how it connects to our daily lives. Presenters include the pastors, members of the congregation, and outside speakers and experts. Bible Study is led by the pastors throughout the year. Check our weekly newsletter, The Moments for details on current classes. Midvale Readers' Group is an informal book discussion group that generally meets on Tuesdays at 6:30pm every six weeks. Anyone is welcome to attend. Check out our weekly newsletter, The Moments for the current book and meeting date. Women’s Circles (Bible Study and Fellowship Groups) meet regularly, and encourage all women to participate. Contact the church office to join a group. Charity Circle: 3rd Wednesday at 12:30pm Esther Circle: 3rd Tuesday at 7:30pm Miriam Circle: 2nd Monday at 7:00pm Naomi Circle: 3rd Wednesday at 9:15am Church Library is open whenever the church building is open. Our books include reference and informational resources on the Biblical topics, children’s titles of all kinds, devotional books, fiction, video and audio tapes, and titles which address contemporary issues.
