Order Your Meals Today for Up, Up, and Away! VBS!
VBS is August 11-14, 2024, 5:30 - 8 pm at Luther Memorial Church
All meal orders and payments are due by Sunday, August 3rd.
Each night of VBS from 5:30-6:00 p.m., you are invited to join us at Luther Memorial Church to enjoy fellowship and food. You are welcome to bring your own food any night. And this fellowship and picnic time is for EVERYONE, whether you or your child are attending VBS or not. On Monday and Wednesday, we are excited to offer you the opportunity to order communal meals.
On Monday, August 11th, we will offer sandwiches and wraps from Jason's Deli.
You can choose from the following options:
Ham & cheese sandwich on an ancient grain bun $12
Turkey & cheese sandwich on a croissant $12
Veggie wrap $12
Small meal: ham sandwich (no cheese) $9
Small meal: turkey sandwich (no cheese) $9
All boxed meals come with chips, a pickle, and a chocolate chip cookie.
On Wednesday, August 13th, we are fortunate to partner with Myra, owner of Antojitos Quetzal LLC, a catering company, and a member of Parroquia Santa María (Luther Memorial's partner congregation). Myra will prepare a delicious meal of shredded chicken served with rice, beans, and salsa for $12/plate. A "plate" is considered a portion for an average adult. If your family would like to share plates and eat a smaller portion, you can order fewer plates than there are family members. If you prefer a larger portion of food, you may order two plates per person. If you prefer no chicken, you may enjoy a larger portion of beans instead. No other special dietary requests may be accommodated.
The cost of the meals includes a partial subsidy from Luther Memorial and Midvale Community Lutheran Church.
Bring your own beverages for all nights. Water will be provided.

Because this is a group order, we cannot offer substitutions or changes to the meals.
You will receive an invoice when you complete the form. This year, we are offering 2 ways to pay:
Send a check for your balance to Midvale.
Pay through Midvale's website (note that a 3% processing fee is added for this option)
All orders and payments must be received by Sunday, August 3rd.
